訂購商品後何時會出貨？ |

現貨商品會於1-3個工作天內出貨 預購商品會到到貨後1-3個工作天內出貨 如同一張訂單裡包含預購及現貨商品，您的訂單將會待預購商品到貨後一次過寄出。 |

商品已經寄出的情況下，是否還能更改寄送地址？ |
|
商品出貨後無法再修改寄送資料，因此請於下單前確認一切無誤。 如無法成功投遞並退回本店，相關重寄費用Nudeblanc將不會承擔。 |

商品顯示已寄出，但等待多時仍未收到該如何處理？ |

When will my order be shipped? |

Goods in stock will be shipped within 3-7 working days. Pre-ordered products will be shipped within 3-7 working days after its arrival. Please note that when purchasing a pre order item/s, any piece/s from our current collection in your cart will not be shipped until the pre order is ready to be sent. |

Can I change the delivery information after the order has been dispatched? |

Shipping information cannot be modified when the goods has been shipped. Make sure you have confirmed everything before placing an order. If items are fails to be delivered and returned to our store, Nudeblanc will not bear the relevant re-delivery costs. |
