Nudeblanc希望您喜歡收到的每一項商品，為您提供7天鑑賞期退貨保障。無論是尺碼不合，或是覺得有色差，您都可以直接退貨。

商品鑑賞期由簽收日起計+7天。如需退貨，請確保商品為全新狀態(需包裝完整、吊牌未剪、未下水)，及符合下列退貨條件，按此聯絡客服申請退貨。

Nudeblanc不收取退貨手續費，客人只需承擔因個人退貨而衍生的運費。我們會於收件後5-7個工作天內處理你的申請，感謝您的耐心等候。

 

快捷退貨 FAST RETURN

為加快退貨流程及處理速度，所有商品只退不換。

您的申請一經受理，我們將退還與商品等額之商店購物金，不設現金退款。

 

退貨條件 

7天鑑賞期退貨服務只適用於全新商品#，請確保符合以下條件方可退貨：

．商品必須為全新狀態，未經穿著。無破損或污漬、未下過水、不附有香水／香煙／體味／洗衣液之類的附加味道等。

．商品保留完整包裝及未拆吊牌

．商品並非客製服裝

如退回之商品並非全新狀態，或與上述任一條件不符，您的申請將無法受理。相關商品會以順豐到付方式寄還給您，恕不作另行通知。

 

商店購物金*

購物金適用於網店所有商品，有效期由發放起計365天，逾期作廢。購物金不可轉讓或兌現。

 

注意事項

*如退貨後訂單金額未達「免運」或「組合價優惠」門檻，退款時將自動扣除相關運費或組合優惠。運費不設退款。

#如訂單已使用退貨購物金，整張訂單不提供二次退貨。

退貨政策可能隨時修訂而毋須事先通知，如有任何爭議Nudeblanc保留最終解釋權。

 

退換貨政策 Returns

We hope you're loving your Nudeblanc purchases! But if for any reason you need to return an item, we've got you covered!

Please return the item within 7 days of receiving it, starting from the day you signed for the package. Ensure it is in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and free from any odors, blemishes, or signs of wear.

Kindly note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with their return. We will process your request within 5-7 business days after receiving the item.

 

Fast Return

To facilitate your return process and expedite the processing time, Nudeblanc only accepts returns and does not offer exchanges.

After we accept your return, we will issue you an e-gift card for the exact value of the returned goods*. Please be aware that the shipping fee is non-refundable.

 

What items are eligible for returns?

The 7-day return policy only applies to brand new items#. Please ensure that the following conditions are met before initiating a return:

• Unworn, unused & unwashed (no odours, blemishes, signs of wear; not damaged by the transfer of make-up or deodorant)
• Keep its original packaging with the hang tags intact.
• Non-customized products

Any items not meeting these criteria will NOT be refunded or exchanged.

 

Store Credit

Store credit is valid for 365 days from the date of issue and can be used for all online shop products. It cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

 

Reminder

*If the return causes the order amount to fall below the "free shipping" or "bundle discount" threshold, relevant shipping fees or bundle discounts will be deducted from the refund amount.

#If store credit has been used for a return, the entire order is not eligible for a second return.

Nudeblanc reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice.
