預購須知 Preorder Notice

What's pre-order goods?

1. Any items that are listed in the "PREORDER" page.

2. Any items with "PREORDER" label on collection pages.

 

How to place a pre-order?

Jusy proceed to checkout as usual. Please be noticed with the expected time of arrival. You will receive a confirmation email after ordering.

 

When will I receive my pre-order items?

For the expected time of arrival (ETA), please refer to the "PREORDER" page. Your order will be dispatched within 1~3 days after its arrival to our warehouse. Please note that the ETA is only for reference. It is subject to change for any reason such as manufacturing delays.

Your order will be sent when all the goods are in stock. If there are "in-stock" items on your order, they will be reserved and shipped together with your pre-order items. We do not do partial shipments.

 

How could I keep track with my pre-order?

You will be notified when (1) your order has been made, and (2) your order has been shipped to you. If you want to keep track with your pre-order, please contact our customer service.

 

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Sorry we do not accept cancellation for pre-order. Delays in delivery or change of mind are not exceptional reason.

 

Can I return my pre-order?

Sorry, pre-order items are not eligible to our return policy.

 

Why my pre-order item have been cancelled?

We do our best to complete every order we accept, but circumstances may be beyond our control. In special cases, including but not limited to the manufacturer cancels production, providing insufficient quantity etc. You will be notified immediately if your order need to be cancelled.
